Asking - Don´t open Discussion - Cloud Row coolingtime 24h, boostertime 24h ---> so from here to eternity 250% more EP/TEP from animals and workshops ?

I believe your list of requirements is grossly misleading! For example: for the cat without using a booster, it takes 32 tabby's to complete that level not 24. Your requirements list did not mention that these are only valid if using a booster on each level.
I am very, very disappointed! I wish I had never started this event! The requirements should be presented in a fashion that shows the basic needs. Not everyone wants or can be buying items to complete an event.

I had the same 'issue'. I finally found them in the inventory crate (brown crate accessed on the left side of game screen). Click on the crate, then click on 'consumable' items and scroll over til you find the stories.

This is the first time I can recall items going to inventory. It would be helpful if information was provided so newer/less familiar players know where to find the stories and that using them produces the seeds.

 

Decided to sit this one out. The specific breeding animal requirement is unreasonable.
