Hey there. FAQ doesn't seem clear on two things.

Will we be able to pass the ball backwards, or must the ball always be moving forward?

Are the games timed/is there a timer to complete each game?

 

Hello Decree,

There is no mention of a timer so there is no timed game for the rounds and passing the ball, you can take your time and plan the kick.

As for passing the ball backwards, this is not possible, you advance on the field as soon as you pass the ball, and you cannot look back.

Will you keep the star coins from each ball, or will only your best score count at the end of the 5 tries?

For example, say if I make it all the way through and get 9 star coins on the first try, do I still get to try the other 4 times, or is the game over? Additionally, if I attempt 4 times and only get 3 star coins on each attempt, but complete the game on the 5th attempt netting 7 star coins, will I receive my 7 star coins and the additional 12 from my previous 4 balls for a total of 19 star coins?

Yes, you will keep all the star coins and rewards from each ball. The round ends when you shoot goal (I will add this to the FAQ immediately).

If you make it all the way to shoot goal without losing any ball, you won't need the other 4 balls / strikes / tries. If you lose a ball you don't start from the beginning, you proceed from the point you lost the ball.

The rewards are all given, regardless if you score a goal or not - nothing is lost.

Proceeding from where you lost the ball is definitely the key.
