    Of course, things can even change, but at present these have been shown by the stars.

    (I think I solved the puzzle. The first numbers indicate the exchange value, and the second numbers indicate the required amounts for the quests.)

    Note: The second numbers representing the quantities required for the quest must be multiplied by the number 1000.
