    Thank you 12ss12, we get to take pictures of Lions, Tigers and Elephants? Just like on a real Safari... without leaving the chair(except to go to the coffee pot near by)!! :)

    Hi polonya ! The Harvest Hoedown is the TOP Event. It is the one posted above by SahraB.
    More news. The event is played in the event playfield. I think the crates (shown in the basket below) gives the 3 items needed for milling and which you need to participate in the TOP Event. There might be a reward with 6 upgrades.

    The three structures on the right remind me of a previous Hoedown event. Each structure had its requirements which had to be completed before entering into a TOP competition.

    It is no secret that some are producing the fern to donate in a TOP competition. The exchange value is 200. The fern is a 6 hour crop.
    (There are other items available which are far more efficient to purchase in order to donate to a TOP competition.)
    • The fern is the ONLY crop which one CANNOT purchase seeds daily!

    If indeed there is an event crop then the event taking place on the event play field appears reasonable. There is an ongoing event which makes use of the three farm fields. (The last TOP event did not require any qualification whatsoever .... just donate.)

    If this is true then I would expect the Tropical areas to remain free for production unless there is little concern with a skyrocket in manure prices. Parrot poop would be produced by many to sell. The concern becomes parrot feed though. A farm can produce 115 parrots in 3 hours (with no water) yet it will take over 25 hours to produce the feed used. Grape prices have been slowly rising and parrot feed is already demanded at higher prices than during the past several months. A farm is now paying for the mill time of another. (The parrot feed dilemma is forcing some to the monkey. Banana prices are being slowly adjusted upward. Three bananas are used in each monkey feed. Many barns still contain high amounts of monkey feed and the price of monkey feed is slowly increasing. Even Koala feed is now being stressed.)
