    I never really knew where to post forum questions, but here it is.

    Why won' t the forum allow me to upload my avatar? It's 199x199 and only 26.1KB. I should be able to upload an avatar up to 200x200 pixels that is 39.1KB, but it won't allow me. Any suggestions?

    Why isn't the avatar uploading? What is happening when you try to upload your avatar?
