Forum log in problems

    Just want to add my name to those who are having difficulty getting into the forum. Last night, I couldn't get in at all. Now it is extremely slow with frequent total boot outs. My system is clean and software is up to date. I switched from Wifi to hard wire. Am using Firefox browser - nothing else works as well.

    This happened a week or two ago, then just cleared up. This event is much worse and of longer duration. Thank you for your attention.

    P.S. my neighbor is having the same problem. Sorry I didn't get her permission to share her ID.

    Last night there was a small hiccup in all the forums, all the games, but it lasted just a few minutes, thankfully. There isn't anything we can do on this matter though, I am sorry, but advise you to try again if you see it happening, and report it to our Customer Care Team by using the Support link from the bottom of the game page.

    No, thank you Teddy. Just want to add that I cannot get into the forum through the game at all. Have to Google Farmerama forum and go in that way. I'm adding this information in case anyone else has the same problem - they'll know they're not alone. Thank you.
