    I am trying to explain to one of my chicks how to go to the forum but after explaining the way she still cannot get on. I had her click on the green button and then the pencil & paper but she says that all she gets is a message to get bonus code. I've run out of options and wish that I could bring her with me. Please tell me how she can get on?

    Once opening up the green button, she is clicking on the bottom left button. She should be clicking on the top left button.

    As squigglegiggle stated, she may be clicking on the tab for the Bonus Code. Do you know if they login from a 3rd Party site?

    I don't know if she is logging in from a 3rd party site but I have sent her an IGM again explaining about the button. I think it's a language problem but hope that this works. Thank you for the help. You may close.
