I'm skipping this one for one reason only. I need my mill to make feed. :sleepy: >:(

I have completed a few levels in this game so far (it's still pretty early on) I have to say, so far, the drop rate has been pretty reasonable and the crop requirements seem far more doable. The mill time is also quite reasonable, I can schedule in a round of pipes between milling other food and when I get back to the game, it will be there waiting. I also like that I can look ahead and try to solve the puzzles if I choose. I'll continue to do what I can and not stress too much about being able to finish the event.

Skipping this one, the prizes don't motivate me enough to give up a weekend of growing for feed and orders.

I am just curious if anyone has finished this and was able to purchase the cloud row.
I am almost finished and the amount of star coins rewarded doesn't allow you to purchase the cloud row and givers. Are we expected to purchase one of the baskets in order to purchase the cloud row?

@ peterparker No after doing the 1st 10 games you can start over to get the remaining coins you need! :) Good Luck

Thanks sanddollar, I should have read the instructions a little better before starting the event. Not sure I would have bothered to start it had I realized it took more than one go round.

I like this event, it is one that you can go as far as you like, you can play it to get all the prizes or take quicker routes to cut down the amount of crops and drops required. The drop rat(e) is pretty good. :)

On the negative side, as touched on above, it is not cool to finish the ten stages and not have enough coins to get at least the CR and EP items to fill it. If we want to carry on and go round again, this should be extra not part of the requirements for the main prizes. :(
Prizes, both in the game and in the shop, are not "must have" but for the requirements, they are okay. -.-

This event is better than the recent impossible events especially as it is the only ongoing event but it is not as good as we had in the past before the conveyor belt, non-stop event fiasco began. 8)

Please think more along these lines (one event at a time and achievable requirements) in the future and allow us time to farm in between events. You may find farmers would be more willing to put their hands in their pockets if that is indeed your objective. ;)

Had some real life events so I missed playing for about 6 hours -- enough to be one harvest short of getting CR and all the EP Givers. Hopefully there will be others who did not make it either and will trade the EPs during GT.

UPDATE: As I thought I was short on crops for this one on this farm (farm 3) and my 2nd farm. My #1 farm would have had enough crops for the last EP needed but I was asleep when it was time to harvest my last crops and not only that but both farms did not get to turn in their starts at the store.

I wish these events would start at night instead of during the morning on US east coast because this is not the first time that I could not harvest because I was sleeping after spending numerous hours playing the event.

nm562: The event is still going on (another 5 hours or so) so you have time to do one more harvest - not sure what time zone you are in or whether you have the time free to harvest one more time but just in case, thought I would let you know (if you didn't know already, of course!). ;)

Edit: I finished enough to get my CR up and running but stopped there. There are some prizes that were interesting but not enough to keep on planting the same crop. Too many Star Coins needed for the items on sale. :p

I enjoyed this event. It was fun to figure out the pathways (not too difficult) and was able to complete almost two whole rounds! It was nice to be able to focus on just one event for a change. The drop rates were decent and requirements not too high. That being said, it was disappointing to complete one whole round and not be able to purchase all the components of the cloud row without doing a few more levels in the second round. After having enough to get the cloud row, it was still fun to challenge myself to get through the rest of the levels before the end of the event. It seems that maybe BP is listening to the players...
