    I finished the frappe ole event, got the items and completed the cloud row, but now 1 item seems to be missing. can you help me please?
    there is no coffee time item

    You purchased the Cloud Row and the other 2 givers. You did not purchase the third giver from the event shop.

    I remember buying 3 of them. It may not have been received due to bugs in the game. please upload this to my account. Or make up for it and I'll buy it. It's not my fault, it's Farmerama's fault. You also know that there were problems at that event, as always. do i spend that much money on this game to deal with these problems? please upload the item to my account. Or sell it right now.

    Your event logs show that you completed 14 games earning 132 star coins. You spent 129 star coins on the cloud row and the 2 givers you have. This left you with a balance of 3 star coins which were exchanged at the end of the event.

    It is not possible you purchased the 3rd giver needed for the row as you didn't complete enough games to earn enough star coins. You had 3 and you needed 23.

    Yes, the game has experienced log in issues which is why there have been bonus codes, compensation packages and events were extended. But, nothing has been lost.

    I can understand your frustration in discovering the error and can only suggest that perhaps you can find the missing giver in the next Gift and Trade.

    your suggestions and all the things you wrote don't solve my problem? So prove to me that it's my fault. Tired of the game's problems. I spend so much money on the game, so what do I get in return? You have to solve my problem, it's your job

    We understand all players are frustrated with the log in issues. However, these are a direct result of DDoS attacks and BP is working hard to resolve.

    Regarding the event....you did not complete enough mini games to have purchased the giver needed for the cloud row. It is not lost. It was not purchased. There is nothing technically wrong with your account. I'm sorry the news is not what you want to hear, but there isn't anything I can do except suggest you look for it in Gift and trade.

    There are so many problems with the game that we are constantly having trouble logging into the game. If there is no problem in the game, the activities can be done more easily. What you wrote doesn't solve my problem. Please keep your suggestions to yourself. I've been playing this game long enough to know I can look for it at the gift and trade event. and lately I've been disgraced with my money in the game. You can install it as a mod on your own account, even if you are lacking. It's always the loss of us players, not mods. so you can't understand me, don't claim it to me.

    As a long time player, as well as a mod, I do understand your frustration. I'm sorry you do not like the information even though I have done my best to try to help you by researching your event logs and account and explaining the reason for your request to be denied.
