    I just finished the shipwreck bay IV. Received free field 3. Where is this? NO new land opened
    up on either island.

    i am not a mod

    you do not get more land to plant on ...
    You got another area opened in the Ship Wreck Bay, which is the name of the Park area in Bahama
    to place Deco and Giver Items.

    Hope this helps

    The Shipwreck Bay "zones" can only be unlocked by completing the Quests.
