    You've haven't opened the Cloud Rows yet. You will need to complete the Magical Stalk Miracle quest and then you will see all the rows you have won.

    I matched skill points of last animal on right most with skill points shown on brown board but still 1st level finish button cant see...how to finish the level

    Is your animal sleeping? Once you complete all the training to match the requirements on a level, you have to wake your animal up again. Once you do that, you will see the finish button.
