friends leveling up

    why is it that I do not get my bonus ep's when my friends level up? I have noticed this for the past month.

    could a mod please check this for me ? thank you

    Hello janet1971,

    Neighbour level up bonuses need to be activated by you.
    As shown in the FAQ:

    • When your neighbour levels up, you'll see a small yellow star appear next to their avatar
    [​IMG]
    As soon as you've clicked on your neighbour's avatar, then on this icon:
    [​IMG]
    you'll see a bubble float up showing the EPs that you have received.

    yes, when I click the icon to get the EP's the Bubble starts to float but then disappears with out adding any points at all. I have even checked my needed EPs before clicking on the icon, so therefore I know it is not adding the points/ or in the case as it is does not subtract any from my needed EPs towards leveling.
    I hope you can make since of what I am trying to explain...

    There seems to be no issue with the level ups, I have tested this on 2 different accounts. Could you please be so kind and let us know the next time a friend of yours levels up? That way you can have the account checked and see if the EP is added correctly.

    just had a friend level up, and this time it did add up. If it happens again I will let you know .
