Friends/Neighbors gone and tabs grayed out

    I'm back!

    I can log in normally now. But when I did so with Firefox on a PC, all of my friends and neighbors were gone! Plus when I clicked to get the daily gift all three tabs above it were grayed out and non-functional. Logging in from different parts of the map didn't help.

    I logged out and back in through Edge. This time all was well. Any ideas why one browser worked and the other didn't? Both are up to date, and so is the Windows program on my laptop.

    Thanks for any advice you can give!

    Hello rivak,

    I am not sure why you had trouble with Edge. It could be that a current update of the Browser has made some difference. Hopefully you will be able to use Edge again successfully.

    Hi rivak. I have experienced what you have described on occasion. I too am using Firefox on a PC. When this happens, I have used the F5 to refresh the game, wait (im)patiently while EVERYTHING loads and then it all is back. My non-technical mind believes that the first login was an 'incomplete' load. But I could be making that up. xD

    I too have had problems with the browser client sitting there spinning for a LONG time. I just open the client to play when that happens. I don't have the patience to wait for minutes to see if it will eventually open.

    Same thing happens with the standalone or my firefox browser too. Usually the first time I log on in the morning. Neughbours will "magically" appear back once I've harvested my cloud rows... Just like for m when I go to the market screen, I'll lose the my buffer round clock on the left side of the screen, I just have to move to some other location and it will pop right back up.

    Today everything went well. Firefox behaved itself and loaded everything in a timely manner. I'm on the same laptop as before, but I've decided to accept the gift from the Internet. (Here's hoping I didn't just jinx myself!)
