Good News for those still struggling for those drops - Halloween has been extended! Go on everybody, go for it!

Awww Thank you Illy ...I didn't know its was dogs ....thought it was cats ...but tizz okay i have dogs out on another field ...phewwww what a bit of luck

 

There is Cat Breeding starting on 10 November but there is an International Dog Event starting Wednesday 2 November so I am just hedging all my bets in case dogs will be needed!

I don't think we will need dogs for dog event. Tomorrow's FAQ will give us an idea.

 

I wish they would sort the FAQ thread out .... it is in such a big muddle and extremely hard to find things ... it goes back years ...surely they could archive these

 

ming, I would love to give your kitty a very loving home Even though I am done with this event I am soooo happy they extended it to give more farmers a chance to finish Happy Halloween everyone (so would this be a Trick or Treat from BP? Maybe a little of both)

It makes everyone sad even with the news we may not need dogs for the event, an extended MM or an MM on Halloween would have been nice.

Halloween with no MM is not right with good feeling extensions going all round on other season things.

We iggy satisfaction on your farm, an will always want MM on Halloween on this farm.

Happily done with event, but was out of pocket most of yesterday. Glad to see many finished and surprised by the event extension! Hope that will help others to complete and get goodies. My tree and pen results - chequer, XL amherstia, classic anaconda II and badger.

sirpippen one can make that Pumpkin Dance a little sooner with a little manipulation. Do the first step on levels 1-2-3 and then the first 2 on level 4. Have a good day my friend.

 

That's grand advice. It's also the way my wife does the Quests. Alas, I'll still have to wait as I've only 8 of the winkie bugs at the moment. I have plenty of crops, just have to wait for bugs to grow is all.


Taking the road you (And the wife) suggest, will shorten the wait by more than half though as I'll only need 104 blinky bugs.


I'd like to add my thanks/lament for the event extension. I think it's great they have extended the event a day. Thanks BP!


I agree an extension of MM would have been wonderful as well. Halloween without MM just seems odd.

 

I did forget that. I also fell into my pet peeve of a statistical misunderstanding -- namely that increase in probability does NOT mean certainty. You can have a 99% chance increase in the chance of something, yet that !% result could still occur... and in multiple tries. Its only if you get more than a few tries, and then STILL see no result from the 99% that one can begin to question. Even then.... its still just chance of chances.

Or, to put it another way, 1 in a billion sounds like a long shot, until you get to a game where several million players are making hundreds of tries each day. With several billion tries, the likelihood of that "one in a billion" moves from improbable to near certainty.
