Froglet Heaven

The special Crate O' Froglet Heaven hands out a set of all three givers needed for the fishing event cloud row. I'm surprised because I tought it would only give one of the three givers, so yeah, super happy after the disastrous 30h four charged givers with zero EP for the farming event!

 

Just did some fishing on this farm and SL's. Best chance for pearls as far as I can tell is with the Octopus. However, the entire thing is a totally random return regardless of where you click. Even dead center of the 'good spot' you can get a lesser fish and "oops I completely missed" can reward you a marlin.

So the takeaway here is that it doesn't matter what you do, you're gonna get whatever BP wants you to get at any moment in time. Basically, life. Well, at least how mine has gone lately.

Now I have to get my rear in gear...there has been NO August slump in sales this year. I'm very happy for this and very thankful for my many customers. So the sewing room beckons or I'll have nothing for said customers this Saturday.

I was just surprised that no one had picked it up first (and myself of course). Always have fun reading @davidb1yth007 humour!

EDIT: Opened 20 crates o' lures and got 5 top lures, all of them got me marlins! Got myself the neon crate and the Piccolo box and still have enough pearls for the cloud row next weekend!

 

I have enough pearls for the cloudrow and a little something left over.

 

For someone who had no intention of even checking out this event, I surprised myself - just got the CR after completing the long weekend quest! Will keep on fishing and see what else I get. Have a total of five lure crate lily pads and got lucky with the pearls

 

I got the cloudrow and the piccolo, everything else is bonus.

 

CR up and running on both farms. Still fishing - hoping to get a few goodies from the pearl store.

 

With the end of this event being four full days, and 22 hours away, I have to be right on time with my 23 hours collections to get that fifth lot of lures - and have time to use them! That means an early morning on the last few days, but - hey - I can sleep whenever! And I will not want to lose any uncaught fish. Now, where is my alarm...

Last hours of this event - don't forget to collect crates, use all lures, then cash in your pearls! I very much enjoyed this and the fact we didn't need to do all associated events. I only did Camp Scoundrel and was able to get the CR and givers. Not sure if it's due to better fishing skills (doubtful), or better internet and PC (likely!), but I was able to get the best spot almost every time. Used my extra pearls for sticker glue and some SSG. Very pleased with the rewards and hope everyone was able to achieve their personal goals.

 

I am very proud that with only one day to go, I have caught zero mackerel! Mostly more luck than good management, but I hope to keep it that way! Good wishes to all !

I caught one!

Came here to remind everyone that we have 13 hours before the event ends but somebody beat me to it! For the sake of those who missed MeadowCrossing's post, don't forget to fish, gather your pearls and spend them!

 

All the lures are used and the pearl shopping is done on all participating farms. Mackerels aren't so bad, well, except that you need 6 of them to win a prize. At least you can eventually get something from them.
