I think then I will do this season. Having missed playing regularly for several years, I don't have latest wonder animals & trees of the past years.

Breeding skips are non-existent even with deluxe thingys....

I got 2 picassos from breeding 8 fire horses. Yeah! Regular horses breeding also gave me few mustang, seahorse and knight horses.
So now I have 3 picassos.

David ! You saved my day. I totally and completely forgot about the breeding event. Your post reminded me. I missed the coin a palooza event. But thank goodness, BBD is still going on. I too don't know why we use that deluxe thing.

I'm looking forward for that new quest but i'm not sure if it's worthy building the neon ranch. With only the 4 pink workshops that i got in the wheel i have in stock 516 riding lessons.

This morning i could finally reach level 25 in EV and could open sunflower hill. With the 19 2x2 fields i'm quite ok. Up there fun evaporates into thin air

 

I have completed 60 mini games here in the Frozen Dreams. On the right side I am at 50 need to reach 55 to complete that side!
Because I still have crops and drops, I will see if I can get that side done I hope you all can reach your goals!

Done and dusted on my main farm: played 64 games with a score of 16181. Not an easy task but I got everything in the coin market beside the orange rodeo ranch upgrade!

I'm begging the players who haven't started yet, please play some mini-games now! It takes so much time... To get better scores aim for 3 different coloured ice creams combos + try to incorporate de blueberry flavor in it! You'll also get some bonus points at the end if you have different combos. The ice cream scoops will let you swap tiles (it costs 3 scoops at a time!) and there's no limit to how many times you can swap in one mini-game. My baby farm played 2 mini-games where I didn't get the 7 ice cream bases! So be careful with your swaps!

 

Done 64 games to get all the prizes on the points side.

I agree with Nordais; don't wait to play all the mini games at once as they do take some time to do. I was pleased that the main part of the event was 60 games and it only took a few more to finish all of the event. So often, when we have a right hand side for points, it takes a lot to keep going.

I'm grateful to be done as we have severe storms with tornados, rain, lightening, etc moving through the area. It may be that we lose power so my farm is now ready to go offline

My oldest farm did three swaps where it didn't get anything new even though after that, it had three different items. What a waste of effort.

 

@BlackCaviar You are sooo right! Those swaps were a waste of my time too! But I have managed to complete the event, both sides,
it took me 68 mini games but at least I reached my goals! Reminder to spend your star coins!

 

Swaps are NOT a waste if you use them in the first few turns. DO NOT use swaps when you are down to 3 or fewer turns - they will NOT change anything. I do not know why this is, I just know that it is. Basically, when the game gives you a single item on the first turn, a swap or two will generally give you something with else with a lot more goodies.

Okay, I said I wasn't doing this event. I lied. Sewinglady's farm started the event Saturday morning. Has the CR. Has about 20 more mini-games left to play. Whatever comes of them is all gravy. Wheel bonus. That's what made me do it. Is it my imagination, or are they getting more rare than hen's teeth?

 

Each mini-game has a preset amount of choices (7 ice creams, probably 7 blueberries and lets say 15 strawberries/mints/chocolates). Swaping early in the game will grant players tiles with 1 choice up to 5/6 choices at a time. As players progress along, the tile sizes get reduced because of the lack of choices left. If you're stuck with only 3 strawberry choices in the end, swaping won't do a thing... That's to ensure that each mini-game can offer the same choices. Else, we could get mini-games with no ice cream or blueberries!

They're getting rarer and rarer. I now keep my crates and open then once every 2 weeks or so. That means that I have to spin just over 400 green tickets and usually about 250 blue tickets... This time around, spinning the 400+ green ticket gave me 2 +1 crop for 6 hours. After spinning the wheel about 110 times, the 100% & 200% bonuses started appering on the party wheel... If I don't do that I only get a nice refill of XXL maple/pine/walnut and just those wonderful orange beaver/donkey/tortoise and red chicken/rabbit with a side of yellow shearing sheds and cow dairy...

This weekend was the first time in years that I didn't purchase de wonder tree packs. Not in the mood to spend a dime on the game when things are just the same plain boring thing over and over...

 

I have finished the event but only have 2 Picasso horses. Could you let me know which FSQ awards third one.

Anyone happens to know the whereabouts of *WisdomTree*?
I tried to send her a message but it says "this player does not exist"

 

To clarify, I had more than 3 items left. After I used the item that repeated, I got at least 3 items that were different from the repeat item and different from each other. I do know that using swaps late is not a good idea but this wasn't that late.

 

I used one of the picasso horses to finish the horse breeding quest. Not that excited about neon workshops when I haven't had any of the regular workshops out in the fields for ages.
I don't need any products that have the same harvest time as the neon stall and
I've got 10 pink, red and orange rodeo stalls from somewhere so I figure that if I need a lot of riding lessons for the quest it would be more efficient to put 8 lower upgrades in the manufactory than one neon stable in the same space.

But is the instar worthy quest supposed to be live yet? the faq was several days ago but I don't see it in the FS yet.
edit: never mind, I saw in another thread that it's tomorrow

 

I think she was last spotted in the forum around Jan or so. May be she is held up in Real Life.
