    I have all the tiles surrounding the "ghost train" unlocked, I also have enough Track items to unlock the "ghost train" item. it will not allow me to do this. What am I doing wrong??? codyj #44475068

    Hi codyj - I'm not a mod, but do you have both the red and green factories opened? Once you do, you can donate the 10 tracks to get the ghost train. Good luck!
