FAQ "Funky Fern Project" Event Quest

Reminder! All the info in this FAQ was correct at the time of testing. Funky Fern Project

* From what level can we participate in this event?

You can participate in this event from Baha level 1.

* How can I access the event?

You can access the event via the news page, event timer.
​

* What is special about this event?

You need to grow the event crop and collect drops, to donate to the Farmer's Society Quest. You can earn the unique Fern Dispenser, to learn to grow the Fern for the Mainlands after event ends.​

• There will be a special event crop:

Tropical Fern

Time: 4 hours
Gives (2x2): 160 TEP

Can be grown on the 3 tropical lands (baha, rainforest, crystal falls) only!

Every player will get 20 seeds at the beginning of the event. If you drop under 5 plants the system will check every 5 hours and replenish up to 5 seeds.

After Event, the Tropical Fern will become a permanent crop (see below for more info)​

• There will be a special event drop:

Pipette

You will get these drops when harvesting your 3 tropical lands (baha, rainforest, crystal falls) from harvesting crops only!

* How can I get more drops?

• They can be gifted to/from neighbours and friends, for free as long as it is one of you 5-7 free daily gifts, or for 1 BB each after, or for 3 BB. You can receive up to 20 gifts per day.
• You can buy drops in bulk from the Shopping Center (see below)
• You can get some in the event baskets.
• If you have a Magic Tree, it will not reward drops this event

* Is there anything else I should know?

Yes! When you enter Farmer's Society, you'll see a Short timed quest called "Funky Fern Project".

* Can I pay with BBs to work my way through the challenges?

Yes. Next to the deliver button on each step you will see a blue "Finish now" button, and the amount of BBs you need to pay for that particular step:

If you click on it, you will be asked to confirm that you do effectively want to spend these BBs to pay for this challenge.​

* What special items are offered as prizes?

Can be placed on the 3 main lands (main, meadow, glade) and Park only.

* What will happen with the left over event items after the event?

The left over event items will be exchanged to EP and CC after the end of this event:

• 1 Tropical Fern = 4 CC + 5 TEP;
• 1 Pipette = 29 CC + 44 TEP.

*After the Event, the Tropical Fern becomes a new permanent Mainland crop named "Fern"!

The Fern will not be available to buy in the seed shop. It will be able to be bought/sold in the Market and grown on the mainlands. You can also receive 1 x Fern through the Fern Dispenser handed out in the short-timed Farmer's Society Quest.
As soon as you have any seeds, you can grow the crop as usual on the mainlands.
