Fuzzy bonus and maintenance issue

    When I went to harvest my fields and trees this morning I had received the 15% bonus from Fuzzy. This was after I activated bonus code, a 3 hr harvester coupon and a PJ. I did all of this specifically bc in RL I had a DR's apt at 915. All would have been well but then BAM!! Got booted out. Needless to say lost my harvester and 30 mins of an extra 15% ep's. Not a happy farmer>:(>:( Just got back from DRs and yes I know RL does interrupt but it didn't have to this morning. I'm sure their isn't a whole lot you can do about it but I just had to post.:cry::cry: (and I had garlic, barley and artichokes out-.-)

    Hello julie1013,

    I am really sorry to hear this :( but yes, since a lot of players are experiencing problems there isn't anything we can do as individual compensations cannot be offered. If the team decides to give away a new bonus code for these problems, you will see an announcement on this matter :(
