G&T Searches

I think it would be better if there were 2 ways to Search for Offers. The current system has advantages when you are search for a specific item but if you are just looking through what is offered it is almost impossible to get through the pages of listings especially when you are also trying to work on an event at the same time.

I think it would help to add another search hat looks like our current Invenotry listing for searching through the listings for what is being offered.

I think this would be better for several reasons:
1. It shows the picture of the item with the pertinent information.
2. You can easily sort the listing by color, A-Z, etc.
3. It would be easier to look through the offers by others (especially the EP's) to see what was available.

Both listings would be broken down into two parts: Offers by Others and Searches by Others.

I don't know if this will take care of the current search problems with G&T but I think it will improve it. Presently it just takes too long to search through it to see what is offered unless you are looking for a specific item (i.e.: Crocodile Pond ). Since new offers/requests are added all the time during G&T it is sometimes hard to find something even when you are searching for a specific item.

 

nm56 I think your ideas are very good!
Scrolling through pages of offers is like you said impossible. I rarely see these listings, maybe the first day when they are a few but the next days I just don't think it is worth the time. I try to trade with the players I know here.
So I believe what you suggested can improve the G&T event!
