G&T tree issue

I am trying to gift my neighbor who is a level 81.
I am trying to gift the following: cocoa, lychee, plumeria, and macadamia.
I also have plenty in inventory...what is the issue?

Have you tried clearing your browser and Flash caches to see if that solves the issue? Can you provide a screenshot of what happens when you try to gift these items?

When I try to trade them to the person...they do not show up in my inventory. Level 81 is the right level for them. I will clear my cache now

Did that...went to trade with a different player the same tree's and they all show up in my inventory for that player...what would prevent me from trading with a player who is a level 81?

 

Hi elimeno, has your neighbor unlocked those Baha trees?

 

She said she had lost them when her game went down awhile back...but I just sent an email asking the same thing...bc I am thinking the same thing.

 

As joanc123 stated, it is possible they have not opened the runes in the Monkey Temple yet.

Will leave this thread open, until you can confirm whether this is the problem.

If the trades are not showing, it can only mean that those statues have not been unlocked. You can ask her to post in Tech herself so her account can be checked.

and ebony and eucalyptus would fall in the same area?

Yes, if the corresponding statue has not been unlocked, the tree will not show in the inventory options when gifting. Ebony and Eucalyptus trees both need to be unlocked via the Monkey Temple before they can be used.
