G&T

1. The current G&T is running at the same time as an event that offers 2 types of stables and 2 types of trees as rewards.

Both events end at the same time.

I think that when stables/trees and cloud rows/EPs are offered that the G&T should run longer than the event.

I think most players will be trying for the the cloud row and EP's and then if they have extra they will either go for EPs or stables/trees etc.

It would be nice if you could actually harvest your new stables/trees and then if not wanted offer them in the current G&T instead of waiting til the next one to come around.

2. I also think it would be easier to search if you added another search button. The right hand button would be for searches by others and the left one would be for offers from others.

I realize that if you search an item it lists the searches by others 1st and then the offers by others so you can go down to the bottom and press the button to get the last page and work backwards if you are looking for an item. The problem is that when new offers are added it doesn't always have time to put them in this order so you could miss some. If you had 2 search buttons any new offers would just be added to the the list of offers you are searching.

It would also make it possible to further refine your search by searching an "offer by others" for a specific "search by others".

Example: if you have a Bladdernut tree that you want to trade for an Axolotl you would put axolotl in the left hand button and bladdernut in the right and you would only get those offers (if any).

3. There are certain new items that can't be traded during G&T so that means that you should also be able to ban certain low level items from G&T. There are currently numerous requests to trade "Cheering Fans", "Apple Trees" and "Chicken Pens" and other low level items that can easily be purchased for a small amount of CC's for Axolotl pens, Cobalt pens, Bladdernut trees, Nightgleam trees, Sandalwood trees, etc. Having to search through these offers just makes it harder and less enjoyable to find the trade you are looking for. I think that even new players know that these are not "fair trades". If a player wants a new or rare tree pen they can ask for it on the G&T chat forum and not junk up the actual G&T offers. Apparently some players need BP to act as a "parental figure" for this issue even though they are probably not children.

 

I agree. I wish the G&T would either last longer or be more often also.

 

I like your search suggestions And perhaps the timing could have been better for this particular G&T, but I don't think it should be longer or come often. That would ruin the feel of the G&T being special.

 

It doesn't have to be longer but if they started it later than it would not end at the same time as the other event. If they did this it would give us time to harvest our rewards and we could possibly trade some of the rewards we received instead of waiting for the next G&T.
