gaining forum privilages

    I was wondering how to get privileges' for the forums. I've reached level 17 and want to post requests for neighbors but it says mine are insufficient. Including myself I have three neighbors.

    Hi, I am not a moderator, but did you try exiting and then coming back from your farm? Sometimes if the page times out, you will get that message.

    If that does not work, a moderator will be along shortly for better help..
