game crashes

When I log in to the game, the announcement page appears and the game immediately crashes. I also tried different browsers. I tried playing on phone and tablet. The problem persists even though I clear the tool cache and clear the browser history. I cannot play the game healthily.
Can you check the game and clear the cache?

I understand you have cleared your cache and cookies, as well as multiple browsers. Can you try the Standalone client to see if that works better for you? Are your browsers up to date?

You could also try to restart your modem/router and reboot your computer. When you try to log in again, please make sure that only Farmerama is running. Other programs can slow down the game depending on your computer and internet connection.
