    Hi my game has been freezing up . Also when I go to plant something with the builder
    I loose the screen and it turns white with a gray ! in the middle. Then in order to complete
    anything I have to refresh. It will do it all over again if I try the same thing.
    This is very frustrating. I cleaned my cache & deleted my browsing history.
    Please Help.

    Hello happycallie,

    Have you also cleared the Flash Cache? Have you also checked that you are running the latest version of Flash player? I have cleared your server cache also to see if that helps.
