Game Freezing

Hi,
I have been having problems with the game for the last week. It won't load, then when it does it freezes, unable to get into the market without trying about 10-20 times, having difficulty opening farmwheel, plant fields & when I come back they are empty etc etc. Have tried many times to get into forum but when I do get in unable to open any of threads. Most of the time it comes up as an error. Yesterday seemed better but today it is really bad. I have been trying to change my fields & the game is only allowing me to plant a couple of items then I get the loading daisies going round & round. Did clear my cache without any luck. I have Internet Explorer & using bigpoint.com to play the game. My server is Rogers & I am in Canada.

Please be so kind and check out the thread where we have addressed this issue, especially the following 3 posts, and provide there as many details as possible - if your game freezes, it would be great if you could install the debugger and let us know what errors/exception messages you get.

Hi,
I submitted the Trace log to customer care...I got an error box! and the submit button was blank!!
what do I do now? wait it out? (I can't buy anything either cos the shop isn't loading)

Thanks for your feedback. I know others are having same problems. Several of my neighbours have sent messages that they are also having difficulties getting into the game & also the forum.
No further questions.

 

Sadly there seem to be quite a few players affected. Any information you can provide, would be very much appreciated but especially the debugger would be helpful if your game freezes.
