game is sticking

    game is sticking for me too. sometimes it doesn't even ever log in... having this problem since yesterday - couldn't get winter calendar prize because it couldn't log in​

    Thank you for opening your thread.

    The Game Team is aware of the sticking issue.

    We have no reports of not being able to log in. Could you follow the troubleshooting display issues and let us know if that has cleared the problem.

    If you couldn't open Day 14 of the calendar, you still have until 23:59 CET to open that cookie. Otherwise you will have to pay BBs to open it.

    I'm sorry. You can open Day 13 with BBs or you can contact support, which can be found under your farm frame, with as much detail as you can provide.

    Have the troubleshooting fixed your log in problems?
