    Howdy Farmers,

    Today, the game experienced being down for approximately 2 hours right at the start of the Fall Festival and Winter Sun Stable Stories.

    We understand the some players had already claimed the compensation package and that they are frustrated with the event crops bonus running while not being able to log in.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but do appreciate your patience while the issue was being resolved.

    In recognition of today's technical difficulties, the following things will be done:

    • Fall Festival, Winter Sun Stable Stories, the Compensation Package and the Compensation Items in Shop O' Rama will be extended to Wednesday, 22nd of November at 23:59 CET (UTC+1).
    • Another compensation will be issued that includes 3 Hours of the +1 event crop on the event playfield and Harvest Helpers that will be in addition of the Compensation package already announced. This package needs some time to test and develop and more details will be shared once we have definite information.
    • The Party Ticket Sale will be extended to today at 19:30 CET.
    • The Recylomat mini event will be extended to today at 23:59 CET.
