Hello Farmers,

As you are aware, the game has been experiencing technical difficulties today for several hours. The Game Team continues to work to find a resolution.

The game appears to be more stable, but the Team is requesting feedback from players. Do you continue to have a problem? If so, please post your user ID# with a description of the problem such as can't change fields, spinning sunflowers, etc.

the game still down. it doesn't work

 

As requested above, please provide your user ID# so we can pass it on to the Game Team. Also, please provide a specific detail about what doesn't work. Can you log in? If so, what is the problem?

Please log out and log in again to see if there is an improvement. Refreshing will not work. You must log out.

 

I am sorry but nothing works. Cant change fields goes to 100% and then nothing. if you want to change something comfortfield too normal field the men keep working nothing happends. Paid help does not work only manuel. ETC ETC ETC.
I have to refresh after each thing i do and even then things dont get done or half.

IN OTHER WORDS NOTHING WORKS.

I still have an issue with the mainfield. I cant delete all the small fields half of them stay there no matter what i do.

I logged out 10 times cleaned the browser 10 times nothing helps could you guys take a look why this happends i sure dont know.

 

I understand that things might go wrong when modifications are made to a game: adding new event could have this effect. I don't might that, what I'm really pissed at is that it will take me a full week to realign and synchronize back all of the magic bean stalks the way I want to play it. With the hard 24h, 48h, 72h, 96h, 120h and all the bonuses I compiled together are just a mess now because the game was delayed again and there's no functional way to sort them out. My main farm has over 570 magic bean stalk rows and I know that tomorrow I'll have to spend at least a full hour to take down givers from rows, keep a tab on the ones that need realignment together and I'll have to take that into account for the next seven day at least. I'm ready to call it quits. I was so happy to see Ingrid but now I just want to put everything aside!

 

Spend that hour getting some fresh air instead, Northy! It's just a game. It doesn't need to matter that much. Annoying for sure, but a game should never be so important it disrupts real life.

 

As of the time of this post, I am continuing to have issues - especially attempting to use the client.

#1 - The client "locked up" upon attempting to load it this morning (got a blank window). I uninstalled and reinstalled from a fresh download.
#2 - The client "sticks" at 28% when loading a farm (any and all of them - I have 7: 3 on server 13, 4 on server 9).
#3 - The main 3 fields all "pretend" to load to 100%, but the fields do NOT open. Using the F5 key to reboot does NOT work. Must close the window and start over.
#4 - The pop-up that loads at the beginning of farming (when you first log in) is blank for Fuzzle's daily gift. Requires a complete closure and restart to maybe get the graphics to load.
#5 - Farm wheel spins - the number doesn't go down, no gift is received. Requires a full reboot of game. Upon reboot, no spins are lost or recorded, so no harm/no foul, just a waste of time.
#6 - Haunted Manor does not load. Requires a reboot. Sometimes more than one.

This farm's ID#: 56055430 - but all of the above is also happening on all my other farms, regardless of server.

 

The Game has been stable since it was fixed yesterday.
