An update about the game issues...

The source of the technical difficulties lies in the Auto Harvester feature in Premium Subscriptions. The game will go live again but affected users (Premium players) will not be able to log in at that time. They will get an information text that their accounts need to be fixed which will take more time and that they will get a special compensation. Unfortunately we have no better solution.

The events won’t be activated tonight- further information about new start and end dates will follow as soon as those are final.

Additionally, we will hand out an ingame compensation for all users - details will follow as well at a later point.

We are deeply sorry for all the troubles and we will update you as fast as possible.

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing an issue with accounts that have an active premium subscription.
To prevent further issues with affected accounts, premium users cannot log into FARMERAMA until the accounts are repaired. We are currently working at full steam on a solution for the issue, but due to the complexity of the issue this may take a few days.
We are truly sorry for the resulting inconveniences.

For the current issues to not cause further disadvantages to affected users, we decided to postpone any events that would have otherwise started in this period.

Additionally, we are preparing a compensation package for the affected users.

We apologize for the late status update but here the latest information:

• The backups for the affected users have been prepared by IT. We need to bring the affected users accounts to the state before the bug went live.
• Our php developers are still working on the scripts. These are almost done but need to be tested first.
  • Since this was more complex than anticipated, we will only reset the following tables for the users who can’t log in at the moment to the status before yesterday’s sync at 14:00 CEST:
    • User-Table (containing information about EP, level, stars, golden bananas and currencies)
    • Item-Inventory (Containing the items of which the affected users got way too much)
• Both compensations are prepared by our game designers but will be reviewed tomorrow - the content and further details will be forwarded as soon as those are final.
• Our payment Team has prepared everything for rerunning the transactions for the affected users and is basically just waiting for our go.
  • This will be done after we confirmed the reset of the affected users has been done properly - so the affected users won’t lose anything they bought while the issue was live.
• The script that rebooks the mega harvest package buff for all non-affected users that bought the package is prepared as well and will run as soon as the most critical issues are fixed.
• Work on fixing the DLB for the users due to the maintenance has not really started yet. We will discuss the further steps tomorrow and keep you updated.

We will do our very best to fix the affected users tomorrow at the earliest possible. At the moment we simply can’t give you an exact time frame. After all users are able to play again, we will enable all events and sales with an adjusted end date. Details will be send to you as fast as possible.

We have the following information:

• All Farmerama players will receive both compensation packages stated above the regular and Premium packages).
• Because the first compensation package for Premium users also includes event plants and drops, this compensates for the problem of missing starter seeds, or missing event plants and drops from the barn.
• The wrong picture of the Event Plant EP Booster on the news page will be corrected (currently shows +1 Harvest bonus)
• The booking of the 3 days of prolonged premium has been completed
• Daily Login Bonus issues will be looked into next week as well as the breeding issues. We will update as soon as we have news

A new Premium Package will also be made available for Premium users. The package will include the following:

~edit~ Due to the content of the 2nd Premium compensation package being discussed, this means it will not be synced till around 19:00 CEST. As soon as we have further details of the package, we will update you.
Also the Team are looking into the issues with Trees having a long grow time and also the animal buffs not working correctly.

The script for rebooking the Breeding Animals and their base animals for the users affected by the reset has run.
We booked all users whose breeding animals or regular animals have been reset from the backup the difference between what they had prior to the reset and after it.

Howdy Farmers,

The scripts for the Daily Login Bonus will run today around 16:00 CEST.
For the users this means that we will fix the streak for everyone who caught the DLB at least once in this month/May.
Those users will get their streak fixed to the value of the last day before last week’s issues occurred plus the difference of days between that and today. Furthermore, the users will receive the items they missed on the days they weren´t able to catch the DLB. The Special Item which is available after 21 DLBs in a month is unlocked by this as well if the 21 DLBs are reached through the script, so the users can claim it too.
The script will be run 3 times this time with the following parameters:​

• • • 1. day: 2018-05-16
         Affected users: All users
      2. day: 2018-05-17
         Affected users: Users who are/were eligible for the second premium compensation
      3. day: 2018-05-18
         Affected users: Users who are/were eligible for the second premium compensation

In addition to that users who already claimed today´s DLB before the script ran will be able as usual to catch tomorrow´s reward and the streak will continue as expected too.
