Game keeps crashing

    Please help!!!! Keeps loading, sticking, crashing, all sorts of hullabaloo!!!!!

    Hello tiageorge,

    Have you tried all the usual troubleshooting steps? Which browser are you using and what is the current version you have? Also what is the version of Flash player you currently have running?

    chrome, flash, all current versions. All tips tried...

    Hello tiageorge.

    Can you turn off your game animations. Found under the game cog and the wrench (Game settings).

    Did this fix the problem?

    animation and alternative build mode and many other settings are already OFF.....don't know what's up.....

    Hello tiageorge.

    Can you return to an older stored version of your computer. A version before you're problems began.

    Did that solve your problem?

    I would choose not to go backwards.....would affect other programs on my pc.....any other suggestions....I have been with this version of chrome and flash for a while and did not have the same issues prior to the last several days....just with this game....

    The only other thing I can suggest is to remove flash and install an earlier addition and if that is successful, to stop Chrome from automatically updating Flash player.

    Can I assist you with anything further?
