Game loading problem

    Hi,
    It took me 30 minutes to get into the site this morning. Loading up to 55% and stopping.
    I restarted the browser twice then rebooted, checked the updates.
    I don't know whose account I was in but it wasn't mine.
    Finally in and the cloud row is gone. The jackpot wheel has been spinning for 1 minute, then 3...
    5...stuck on the screen now. Switched from firefox to Chrome...same result.
    Is there an update going on or something? I just refreshed and its...stuck at 55% again then it logs me out (for the 6th time)
    advise IT that this is happening because the contact form will not work.

    I'll leave this site for a while and see if it works later hope I can get back in to read your response.

    It seems there were some loading issues with Chrome. The problem should be resolved. Can you now log in successfully?

    Chrome is doing the same..load to 55%
    I got into the site with firefox but components are missing, the cloud row etc.

    I just refreshed on firefox, now none of the areas will respond to a click (baha) and the cloud row is still empty
    Still not responding, I deleted cookies, the usual stuff, but still not responding, I can't even get onto the fields to harvest.

    Can you try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps solve the issue.

    I've spent an hour and a half looking for a solution so I guess I'll have to leave it and come back in a few hours to look at it again.

    Same thing has been happening to me all am, on two different browsers and two computers!

    My daughter has the same problem. She finally managed to log in only to find that everything has disappeared and she has a blank farm. She is andalu1ID: 33501280

    Okay, back after 3 hours seems to be okay, but all my settings are now changed randomly right from the feed list to inventory.
    Whats with that? the cookies are cleared out but its not the default settings; it's all over the place.
    wonder what happened?
