Game loads but then kicks you out

    The game loads but then after a couple of minutes I see an exclamation point and I have to re-log in. I lost my Renzo tickets because it happened in the middle of the game. What is going on? Do I get my tickets back?

    May I ask what browser you are using? The game team is aware of an issue with Renzo on Firefox and is working on a sloution. Can you please try another browser?
    With regard to the lost tickets you will need to contact support to see if they can assist you in that.

    I'm using internet explorer 11. The way it is now I will lose all my crops and will not be able to play the game event going on now....
