Game not opening

Hi, I have not been able to open the game for the last two hours, I've tried numerous times. I play via Big Fish games and my ingame account is Vinksy. The game doesn't even load, just gets stuck on a blank white screen trying to load. My other Big Fish games work fine.

Any ideas on anything I can try? I've never had this problem before, and was playing last night about 15 hours ago with no problems.

 

Yes, I am having the same problem and also login through Big Fish -- my usual login is LouBug. I would love to be participating in the weekend's events, so this makes me sad!

Have you tried the usual troubleshooting steps like clearing browser cache and clearing the Flash cache?

Bummer, no dice. I then tried opening in Firefox, since I normally use chrome and got the same "constantly reloading, but never completing" issue in that browser as well. I restarted my computer earlier. womp womp! Thank you for your help tonight, by the way!

 

I have the same problem. If it helps, there is this known issue with Codename Entertainment games on Big Fish: An issue with Big Fish's authentication API is causing the game to not load properly.

Then I came here because I thought I could open my farm from here.
It made me start a whole new one.
Now, I've lost the new work I did on my new farm and back to one chicken house and an apple tree.
Bad farm night. On my ss1965 farm, I was just this close to finishing 4/7 of the new event quest, had almost 2.5 mil, and had finally achieved level 60.
Is all my work gone?
Very sad indeed.

 

Yes, that didn't fix anything. It's now been about 6 hours

 

The problem must be with BigFish we will pass this on, but can't say whether anything can be done on our end, you may need to wait for BigFish to fix the problem

Your account you have started with BigPoint is an entirely new farm. Your other account with BigFish will be safe once you are able to login with BigFish.

Will leave this thread open till we have any news or you can update if you are able to log back into your accounts.
