    Hello !!
    I've started to play this game about a week ago and it's so bad that I've a problem in the starting of the game.
    I wanted to play the game last night but can't because the loading continue up to 55% but can't go further.I then reload it several times but in no vain.Then at last,I fill out a support ticket and send it.
    After a day,When I login my game ,the issue remains the same.Now,I again have filled a support ticket.
    Please,inform me if it has reached and also tell me what to do.

    Yes,I've received a confirmation email.My problem has been totally solved,I'm now satisfied and happy.:p;)
