    My gardener subscription is not working, it's set for auto renew tomorrow.
    Please help me fix, thanks!

    BTW, the contact link is broken so I cannot submit a ticket number to customer service.

    Hello 456farmer123,

    Subscriptions usually last for 30 days. On days where there is 31 days, there might be a small delay between subscriptions.
    If you need to contact support, once logged into your game, if using browser, you can click on the Game settings at the top right and choose the "!" button or click the Support link at the bottom of your game frame. If using the Standalone Client, you can choose the first option only.
