    Does the garlic pesto offer bonuses on ALL items from givers -- CC's, tools, water, etc or does it just increase EPs?

    When I click on the item, it says "25% more rewards from items that give regular rewards", but I believe I read somewhere that is really just extra EPs that are given.

    I think they need to update the information on the item, because its not at all clear right now.
