German players 20, English players 5 seeds

Why did my German friend receive 20 seeds on his site and we here on the English site only receive 5 seeds. We both only started playing the Event for the first time today. We sat in the same boat. The best of all - I cannot even plant those seeds. They just sit there on display. Tried all the login and clearing of caches - nothing. Please Mods - to not stress - it is only a game. I wish you strength. I hope you have a fruitful day solving some of the problems.

Can you confirm that both you and the DE player have Premium accounts? As there were issues with the starter seeds for Premium users, that is why the Premium compensation package included event items.

We both have premium accounts. That is why I wrote "we both sat in the same boat". Otherwise I would not have written as I was aware of the 5 seed issue. Thank you.

 

As I cannot check if the DE player was actually logged into the Game before maintenance was started, I cannot answer you with certainty. I can only suggest you contact Support for further investigation about your not being able to plant your starter seeds.
