I just finished level 3 and should have received 1800 EP leaving me with 186 to level up, but unless I'm mistaken that did not happen. Please check

I have checked your account and you have received the rewards, but level 3 of Gertrude's Organic Eggs does not offer any EP as rewards, but CCs - the 1200 and then 1800 CCs were added to your total balance immediately after completing the quest.

The purchased goods (100 cherries and 100 apples) were also added to your barn, so please be so kind and refresh your game and then check again.

Ok, I must agree with the egg challenge (sorry my mistake), but I had (and still have) 43 cherries in the barn! Btw I do not remember buying apples either, but I definetely do not have 143 cherries in my barn and I have refreshed, cleared cache and done everything else you are going to ask me to do

 

ps, my bad - I am not going to ask you to do anything, do not worry, all I will do is apologise. My apologies for the misunderstanding, I was completely wrong here! The cherry and apple were not fruits, but trees - here are the logs ( I missed the type ) :

You are most welcome, and sorry once again for confusing you. I am sure that's not the case - the transaction must have not gone through and since all the popups look the same, it's easy to just click away and 'accept' a notification without reading if the transaction was successful or if the items were already sold.
