Getting into forum . . .

I just had an issue getting into the forum within the last half hour. I was logged in under the US flag English and everytime I logged into the forum I got an error, from game or bottom of screen. It wasn't F404 page not found but it did say page not found. I am using Chrome browser, they just had an update, version is 38.0.2125.111 m. I logged out of game, changed my language to UK flag English and had no problems logging into forum either from game or link at bottom of screen. If you need more info just ask. Hope this helps. No real question, just information that may be an issue.

Update: This is the message I get, it just did it when I went to go to the previous level on the forum with this login: An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.

I was thinking of posting a thread myself on this, but sine there is one already... figured there was no point in having 2 threads with the same basic issue. This same thing happened to me earlier, (did not think anything of it since I was able to get on the second time I tried) and then again just now (about 5:40 PM Eastern US Time. This last time, it was about 20 minutes before I could get on again.

I realize this may just be an "internet traffic" issue and not a Bigpoint/Farmerama Forum issue, but in case its "fixable", there it is.

 

I've had the same issue but didn't worry because a) it didn't last long and b) it didn't seem to effect the game.

We are aware of this problem and it looks like other language forums have been experiencing this for quite a while - but we managed to avoid this until now. The Team is aware of this matter and they are working on it, so hopefully you will not have problems again - but if it does happen, we are really sorry, but there isn't anything you can do apart from trying again.
