Getting to know my Community! :D

In the old forum, it used to show the date of our 1st post in the forum. Mine was 8/2010, but I played for a very long time before I posted on the forum so I think I started in January or February 2010. The game originated in 1/2010.

I can tell you that the friends list is order of who has been playing the longest to the newest. It does not tell you when a person started. I think it is interesting to see who started before whom especially since I have 195 friends. Some of them have quite the game years ago. It is nice to remember them.

FYI: the friends list is when you click on a gift to send someone a daily gift.

 

Thanks farmerlilly! I joined just a few weeks ago...April 13'th (2015 obviously) Actually I had a different account years ago when I was much younger...I didn't really understand how the game worked at all. It sure was different back then! I consider myself relearning the game, and I actually have a strong appreciation of it, its a neat game. I've always been a gamer...but I'm like you - RL is always first, and recently I've had less time for lots of gaming. Fortunately for me this game is easy to be on for a few mins at a time!

And Oh. My. Farmernickers. I just get a kick out of these sheep emotes! I can't get enough of them

 

I started back in 2010. I have two accounts but I use the newer one always since my first one is all messed up. They were both made in the same year.

Started playing Farmerama in July 2010. Played daily until real life tragedy struck... went under treatments for almost 2 years, I still logged in as much as I could however that wasn't much. Happy to say I am now playing daily again !! I did lose all my neighbors I had before ....
anyway enough about me.....

I started in Jan 2013 during the Birthday event. I remember planting fireworks and sending out birthday cards. Had no idea what I was doing .
Sglick, my buddy list still has so many farmers on it that have left....I just can't delete them. It's nice to look at them and remember.

 

Lol JJenks, you joined and were like "birthday celebrations? cool, I guess I'll plant fireworks (is that a real thing?)". Lmao

I started in June 2012, I did not stop even for 1 day, even for a few months I was almost blinded and could not see, I had 2 major operations in my eye, and there was someone helping me for some time when I could not see clearly, when I started I was looking for a farming game, never played any, and I started 3 farming games at the same time, and then the fourth, all the other farming games failed to keep me interested, only farmerama managed to keep me hooked.

I never thought about finding other farming games...I barely have time for this one!

 

When I joined we were in the middle of an event involving grapes. So I have no idea when that was. I think there were 2 types of grapes. It may have been 2012 sometime . Memory like a sieve.

 

Hey TC - November 2012 Mediterranean Wine Festival had both red and green grapes. If you started then, you have done an amazing job especially on the island! I am jelly!

 

Thanks pnp that sounds about right! My island is mostly full of orange/red animal pens and I buy the crops (giving all my secrets away!).

Ok enough poetry, but it really feels like it is coming fast. I know I am supposed to look forward to summer, and I do...but I have so many things going on! Deadlines for school, last band performance of the year application deadlines for summer projects! People to talk too, places to be at! SO MUCH

What do you guys have planned for summer? (work work work...)

Here in summer is like in oven. Unfortunately the school will take me out from house. This summer my plan is to stay in home as much as possible

 

Lol, I think I might have a busy summer, but the reason for the post and the sense of "panic" (uh huh maybe I was a bit dramatic) was because all of that is due to happen BEFORE the summer starts

I like the idea of staying home...and yeah - summer is like an oven. I used to live in Vegas, trust me it got HOT.
