    Move over you youngsters! My other farm, Illy1996, started playing in March 2010 ... started on the old forum in April 2010 (though now I read back, I see that some started even earlier than that!). Seen a lot of changes: only had one field, no events, no neighbours, if you deleted something (pens, trees, etc), they were gone forever! :eek:

    I started this new farm as a non-functional farm (lol!) in January 2014 to send more gifts during events but, as you can probably tell, I got the bug all over again! :D

    Yay I'm a youngster! :D :D :p But wowz, that is pretty awesome! I need to check my old farm to see when I made that one...perhaps you have some competition! ;) 2010 makes you a farmaveteran!

    One field o_O:wuerg::eek:? I couldn't last without my 600 apple trees :(xD I like the current arrangement quite well ;)

    Non-functional farm? (forget lol! I am roflmfao) I could tell you the cure to that bug that gets you...but at the same time, I just wouldn't! :p :p :D

    I joined in August last year Griff so this is the only forum I've known. I didn't bother with it for months, could never understand why people chatted to total strangers on games until I started to take more notice of what actually happens on the forum and how much info,help and tips could be gathered. Then I started to enjoy reading people's posts and the conversations that was going on and got involved myself. I wouldn't do it on just any game but the people on here are so friendly and helpful, I've made some lovely farmer friends and I'm pleased there are rules that don't allow bad mouthing or rudeness as it keeps it a friendly and pleasant atmosphere
    (apart from when we all start whinging at BP for something) xD :p xD

    March 5, 2015 is the day I found Farmerama on BigFish and started playing.

    I don't know if I'm going to have a lot of time for farming come June. Once my RL Farmer's Market starts, I'm pretty crazy busy most days making new product for the next Saturday Market. In fact, I should be sewing right now, but I can't find a particular piece of fabric and I already had a stack of fabric (fleece) fall on me this morning and a bucket full of vintage linens take a dive towards me while I was trying to dig through another bucket full of vintage linens, so I'm waiting until my DH comes home from work. After dinner, hopefully, he will help me find what I'm looking for. There may be muttering under his breath while he helps, but he's usually pretty good about it.

    Update: Found it! DH is my hero! Also committed a bit of a tidy down there so tomorrow should go faster and smoother.

    Like Chevrefeuille, I started in early 2010 and remember when Farmerama hit the 2,000,000 membership mark which I believe was either April or May 2010. The main farm was all that there was. Very hard to grow crops, trees and animals on just the main farm. But in the last 5 years, a lot has changed and mostly for the best. I enjoy it more now than I did back then, but that may be because I have a little more time for it. I mainly lurk in the background reading what everyone else is doing as I do not have a lot of time throughout the day. I work full time and jump into the farm often but with only 2-3 minutes to harvest, plant, water, fertilize and check what else is happening. I did not really participate in the old forum, just used when necessary to find out what I did not know how to do. I enjoy reading everyone's postings (when possible) and admire the way that everyone gets along so well (except for frogs and broke, of course).

    Am I missing a joke with the BigFish? I had no idea you joined just a few months ago! I always thought because people here talk easy with you that you were one of the more senior members of the forum. Wow to have gotten so far in the forum in such a short time is amazing! :)

    Are you a professional seamstress? I always had this subconscious feeling that you DID sewing (duh...right?) but I had no idea that you sewed professional. What do you make? (I think that is so cool!)

    :D

    @SthnMiss_
    I need to take your example and spend a few mins here and there! Unfortunately for good habits I love you guys all so much I just can't shutup! Too much fun to chat with ya'll. :D ;)
