    For some reason I can't see what my gifts have been down on the bottom of my screen. If I go to my News Tab, I can see what gifts I received from neighbors, but this doesnt help me as I have won items in the current Recyclomat event and i can't find them. I finally found Harvey at the bottom of my friends list.... but I won other things such as a Recycle Booth and other things which I cant seem to find. Anyway my account can be checked?? Thank you. My account ID# is 52423273.

    Hello FarmerMolly22,

    It seems the logs are disappearing again when you close game/refresh o_O
    The Recylc-O-booth is a deco item and can be found under the Decoration tab in your inventory. Is there anything else you need checking?

    Can I assist you further?

    Yes, It is not in my inventory, that is the problem and I did win it yesterday. I apologize in advance if it is somewhere and I'm just not seeing it, but I really cannot find it and the system cannot find it to load it onto my cloud row.

    Have you checked my account yet to see if I won it and didn't receive it.....? I apologize if I seem impatient. I clearly understand that you have a lot of issues to deal with and I understand that I need to wait till you have time.

    I apologise for the late reply. The Recycl-o-Booth along with all the other event items are on your Recycl-o-Mat event cloud row. Is there anything else I can assist you with?

    Well of course it is on my cloud row now lol..... i went back and won another one and this time it landed in my inventory and I put it on my cloud row myself.... thank you for your assistance and sorry to have bothered you. Seems the first one I won ...... went poof!!!

    It might have been something else, because it couldn't have popped up twice :( The explanation is either a cache error - but there is no bug connected to this, either you have multiple farms and you could have won it on a different one? If you want the whole list of rewards posted, do not hesitate to post again and let us know :) .
