    i have some neighbors that send power feed, 10 units at a time and one that sends,
    ten units 5 times one after ther other. now how and were are they doing that??
    any help thanks

    They are buying the powerfeed XXL packs .... it Automatically sends 10 units to each of your neighbours. If you click the Clock on your game screen you can see the powerfeed Packs icon you can click on that to buy the packs ....

    Can I send animal stables or trees to neighbours? Can i send rare items this way if at all?

    No you will have to wait for a gift and trade event ..... i had a look but can't find the link that tells about it ..... sorry late here and rather tired .... there is a event they run where you can swap and trade stalls and such
