gift icon missing unable to send gifts

    hello this is LeannandLucie member # 55356657, my gift icon is missing when I use the drop down window for my neighbors and when I go in the post office I am not allowed to gift my neighbors or friends there either,what could be wrong can you help me please,,,,,nevermind it must have been a fact that I wasn't leveled high enough yet,it is working now
