    My friend has requested that I send them an item as a daily gift but the gift is "Grayed out" does that mean I am to low of a level to send the gift or do I have a tech problem????

    Hello Rosz345678:)

    Have you sent your limit of daily gifts? If you have gifts remaining and there are certain gifts you can select to send but others are grayed, then yes, your farm level is too low to send.
