Gift & Trade and GreenSeven items

Hi,

I have items in my inventory but I am unable to exchange them as the button is greyed out, why id this? e.g.. Chestnut Farmer for Christmas Tree 2011?
N.B. I have tickets and the trade item quantities match my inventory stock plus other trades are not greyed out so I cannot understand the issue?

Also I have missing event cloud items from the GreenSeven items (e.g.. Borsty); how can I get them if they are not tradeable?

Hello Chris_P_Lettuce,

If the offer is greyed out, something does not match in your inventory. What people are offering are on the left and what they want for it are on the right. Are you trading your Chestnut farmer for someone's Christmas Tree? Are they asking for only 1 item in return?

As the GreenSeven items cannot be traded, you can only wait and see if that cloud row is offered in the future in a Magical Stalk Sale. You can post this suggestion in the Suggestion Threads.

~edit~ there seems to be a deco item that is showing in the deco category that does not exist. The player will not be able to complete this trade. There is only the Christmas Tree 2011 that gives ornaments as fruit, or the Christmas Tree which is a deco item.

I have another query. I gott an XXL Maringa from Renzo yesterday but cannot place it on top of existing Maringa Trees. Any ideas?

 

Hi Chris The XXL Moringa from Renzo's comes with a base, so you can place it directly on an empty plot. When you delete it, it will split up into base + upgrade as usual
