I just want to take a minute and thank BP, for giving us G&T so soon after the last one. I know many of our community look forward to this event, and I have to say I have a lot of fun surprising unsuspecting farmers with gifts. So thanks, thank you, thanks again, and many thanks, it's been a fun few days!

Thanks to those who traded with me Got so many great things

 

Firstly, a very sincere and deep thank you to the two farmers who both gifted me a Parrot II Classic. You know who you are - one I enjoyed very much talking about this and that and English gardens with! And the other, although they had a rough go-around due to some G&T changes in the rules, I am glad we were able to work something out.


I am also sending a very warm thank you to the eighteen wonderful farmers who were willing to trade their Classic Beaver pens to me! I am so excited about the different ways I can strategically use them!!


Between the two pens, I now have enough to fill 2 fields! The Classic Is will be my "go to" pens for overnight during events. (Time-wise they go great with 16 hour pens like ostrich, dove, skunk, frog, bat, and stork!) They are also great for drops (while not as good as long-timed or refined 1x1 crops). I also really enjoy selling their manure when prices are high! (Which helps me and helps others). As long real life cooperates and I do not find myself struggling for drops, I plan to put my Classic IIs out overnight also (both after event crops and CAC/ZAB/EM buffs are done, of course!)


Last night, I set out all my classic beaver Is - and would have had the classic IIs out as well - but somebody was tired {{blush}} and forgot to delete her rabbits pens, and started feeding them instead! Seeing that rabbit feed is so expensive.... I ended up having some really short overnight pens out!


Again, thank you so much for passing on your pens to me! While I now have a glut of regular beaver pens, if you need some, I would much rather gift you a crafting product to sell so you can use the CCs to buy their own - if you need help with that, please send me an igm. Besides the cost of licenses, a part of me is very curious to see how BP's future storage system will end up working... Will it be possible to leave those pens in inventory and then get 1 beaver for each per month?? (Pure speculation on my part - but a girl has to dream lol!)


This was a very long thank-you, but I hope it gives a glimpse of how excited I am for the pens traded (and in some cases, simply given) to me!
