Gift & Trade need help under the "Trades" tab

Hello,
Please help me. I have 60 traded tickets.
I was looking under the "Trades" tab "Search Offers" section, there I saw an offer I wanted to take advantage of so I clicked the green arrow button to the right of the offer. A new screen opened showing left to right: Acai Palm 1 in a yellow oval under and Pawpaw Tree 1 in a yellow oval in the last space the trades icon is grayed out, so I can not take advantage of the deal.
I have the Acai tree and I need the Pawpaw. Why can I not take the offer?

I was clicking around trying to understand this when I notice that I could take advantage of an offer that was... Acai on the left and Elm on the right but the issues here is I already have both of those trees.

What is it that I do not understand about the Trades?
Please help me!

Under the Search Offers tab, the items on the left are what other players are offering and the items on the right are what they are seeking in trade.

In your example, the Acai, being on the left and the Pawpaw on the right means the player is offering an Acai and wants a Pawpaw in return. If you are looking for a pawpaw tree, you should look to see it being offered on the left hand side. The reason you have a grayed out trade icon is because you do not have a Pawpaw in inventory to make the trade.
