    i pick up gifth 12 but cant go back to pick up the final boxes or go to the others land..please advise ID: 35437427

    Go down to the bottom left corner and click the arrow. Click the 7-12. Click on box 12 (again) and you should be able to go "back" and get your reward boxes for the week.

    If you click the weekly tabs once or twice, the back button should allow you to return to the main layer.

    No, it doesn't, I had to log out many times before I could collect the final prizes.
    One of my neighbours (friend in real life) hasn't been able to collect yet.

    As explained above, you have to click the weekly tabs once or twice each. If you are unable to do this, the issue will be fixed today.
